If the next customer will not appear or an accepted commission pays unexpectedly, check whether the behaviour appears in the patch record before assuming you missed a step.

Confirm your installed version and keep the actual state when a similar symptom appears. A documented fix does not prove every later occurrence is resolved or that your own attempt succeeded.

For an unchanged lace condition, keep the item category and brief. For an accepted commission with a payment issue, record the completion result and balance change. They need different evidence.

Make the report specific

Include the build, commission, last action and expected result. That gives the developers something clearer to investigate than a general description of failure.
