How is the pigeon goal different from customer progress?
Steam’s public condition for Birds of a Feather, Frock Together is to fulfil all pigeon-delivered commissions. The ten character achievements refer to their major commissions. Finishing a character chain should not automatically mark the pigeon goal complete.
chaseit’s guide reports that Dorothy gives you the pigeon Berty after her first commission. Treat this as a credited progression clue. The official achievement page does not list every letter, an exact delivery timer or a total quest count, so this guide does not invent those numbers.
What should you record when a request arrives?

Keep the current request’s requirements with its name. The sketchbook can hold several open projects; re-read the selected page before buying fabric or measuring a customer. An off-rack garment should have a different ledger line from a requested commission.
The source author reports that the requests did not appear to expire during their playthrough and that they helped friendship. This is not an official no-expiry guarantee. Completing available requests before losing track of them is a practical record-keeping choice.
Can an online comment supply the missing quest order?
Comments can help you form a question, but one unverified order-of-operations report is not enough to declare a universal broken quest chain. Compare the active request, prerequisites actually visible in your save, installed build and official patches. Preserve a normal platform-supported backup before attempting a risky workaround.

What if everything looks finished but Steam is still locked?
Compare the request ledger with the actual game pages and Steam achievement status. Record the last visible request, its outcome and your build for a specific report. The sources checked here do not establish an official restart requirement, so this page does not tell every affected player to begin a new save.
Completed a pigeon request but still no achievement?
First check the sketchbook for in-progress requests, then compare remaining story progress and Steam’s actual unlock. In a player discussion, one player later found an accepted Edith commission was still incomplete. Other reports differed; this does not prove a fixed order, permanent lockout or universal fix. Keep a record before changing a save.
