Fiona’s Frill Skirt is listed at two stars, while Chrysanthemum Skirt is listed at three. Priya’s Ruffle Skirt is a separate unlock. Build 443 names a less-poofy Chrysanthemum variant without publishing an exact friendship threshold, so verify the variant in your own sketchbook.
